You  are invited to attend SAMFA’s Annual General  Meeting to be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at the St.  Albert Rugby  Club starting at 7:00 p.m.  Please plan on attending to have a say in SAMFA’s future,  which affects your community and your child!  Please also consider becoming  a SAMFA volunteer, either as a Board or Committee member.

 The meeting agenda will include:

• Adoption  of the agenda and minutes of the last Annual General Meeting
• President's Report
• Treasurer's Report and review of SAMFA's financial  statements
• Appointment of auditors
• Elections: President, two Vice-Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and  Directors
• Call for Committee volunteers; and
• Other matters as requested by members.
